Effective immediately
service requests will only be completed if the resident is either not home, or agrees to step out of the home, or in a different area of the home (maintaining a 12 foot distance) while our associate completes the service request. Additionally, Maintenance Associates may wear gloves or masks if they choose to when completing service requests. We ask that if you or a family member is ill, or been diagnosed or under quarantine you advise our associates and will only submit emergency service requests.

Please know, these policy adaptations are not indications that there is a reported case of the virus at the community, or implies illness of any kind. It represents instead a proactive approach to this outbreak and our commitment to adopting the best recommended practices to stop the spread of COVID – 19.

How to “Winterize” Your Home:
The hose bib main valve located near where the water supply comes in to the unit must be turned off. The exterior hose bib should be left open to drain.. After it drains, it should be closed. If you fail to do this, the pipe WILL BREAK and flood your unit and damage the walls and insulation. You will be responsible for the cost of repairs.

Garage doors should not be open for an excess of 10 minutes during the winter. The sprinkler heads will freeze rapidly when exposed to the cold elements.

Phase 3 is being Managed by Crown Asset Management
